At Happy Cooking, we believe in fair, transparent pay. Our contractor rates are benchmarked to reflect current standards in the Austin market, as well as each chef or cook’s experience. We offer gig-based opportunities, with prep cooks starting at $25/hour and personal chefs starting at $40/hour plus gratuity.
