  • When you click “Book Now”, you’ll see a calendar with available dates and times for your booking. Choose the one that’s right for your event. Need a day or time that isn’t listed? Email us at hello@happycookingatx.com and we’ll advise if it’s available.

  • The short booking form is where you’ll:

    • Share more information about your event , such as the address, guest count, dietary considerations and more.

    • Pick you Service Style: Passed Bites or Buffet

    • Select your desired dishes from our tried and true options to create your catered meal. Want to mix-and-match between cuisines? Make a note in your booking form on what you’d like to sub out and we’ll make it happen!

    • Choose your add-ons like sterno sets and/or a tablescape service to uplevel your buffet’s aesthetic.

  • Finalize your booking by submitting your $1000 deposit through our secure checkout powered by Stripe.

    Why $1000? It’s our catering service minimum. You’ll receive your full invoice within 24 hours.

  • You’ll receive your final invoice from us- adjusted for your menu selections, add-ons and guest count- within 24 hours of submitting your book.

    Final invoices must be paid no later than 1 week prior to service to keep your booking.
